The property is located in Somerset West, which lies 25 minutes from Cape Town Airport. The nearest beaches at the Strand are large and sandy and there is also a very good surfing club. There is a restaurant within a couple minutes walk and a large select of 50 or more restaurants within half and hour's drive. Good reasonably priced eating is never far away. Cape Town itself is a 40 minute drive where night life can be found.
This region is known to be a very safe residential area.

The famous wine region of Stellenbosch and Fanshhoek where some of the top restaurants can be found are only a 15 minute drive away where you can enjoy picnics or organised lunches at most estates and take the opportunity to familiarise yourself and enjoy the local wines. Wine tasting and tours are available at all estates.

Access to this property is through electric gates and there is private parking at the front of the property.
A large irrigated garden with a excellent pool measuring 20 x 10 metres , roman steps and a shallow end.

The back garden has furniture and sun loungers and enjoys fabulous views to the mountains and the ocean. Both the garden and pool is well maintained by contractors once a week.

The garden is enclosed, well stocked and mature.
