Situated on the Mount Irvine estate - a very upmarket residential area built around the championship golf course with most of the properties having views onto the golf course and some across the course to the sea.

Only 13kms from Crown Point International airport. Property is right on the golf course, with its own access to the course. Mount Irvine Golf Club within 3kms.

Mount Irvine beach within 3kms. Nearest supermarket is about 3kms. Scarborough about 16kms. Numerous good restaurants between 1.6kms and 16kms away.

Nearby activities include: Golf at Mount Irvine championship golf course. Watersports at Mount Irvine beach, within 3kms. Scuba diving at Mount Irvine Hotel, within 3kms. Horseriding at Mount Irvine Hotel, within 3kms. Squash at Grafton Hotel, 8kms away.

Celine, the housekeeper, is available daily except Sundays, normally from 9.30am - 2pm and can prepare breakfast and other meals by private arrangement.
Babysitting by private arrangement. Linen changed every 3 days, towels every other day. Personal laundry by private arrangement

Numerous flowering plants and a very pretty mature garden. The pool is about 20 x 15 feet with a lovely terrace full of plants and palms.

There is a second covered terrace at one end of the pool with bar area, lots of tables and chairs, ceiling fan, pool room with cloakroom.

Lovely view from the garden to the golf course and there is direct access to the fairway through a gate in the fence.

Laundry and housekeeper's room opposite main entrance to the house.

Directions

By air to Tobago's Crown Point International airport and then either by taxi or hire car to the property. Clients will be met either at the airport or at the property by the owners or their representative, welcomed and familiarised with the house and given any information they require about the area.

Clients will be provided with a contact telephone number should assistance or advice be required during the holiday, and are reminded to always contact the owner or their representative if they have any problems of any kind.

Car hire is essential in Tobago and this can be arranged in advance for clients.
