Steps up to large covered terrace at the entrance and into a very large open plan room which has high ceilings and is split into two parts.
The living area is on the lower level with tables, chairs, sofas, cable TV and on the upper level is the dining area and fully equipped kitchen.

A spiral staircase leads up to a mezzanine floor which is an architectural feature. The kitchen is fully equipped including a special system for filtered water.

From the dining area there is the swimming pool and terrace with a very unusual shaped pool, which at its longest is about 30 feet and varies due to its shape.

The Master bedroom is up a short flight of stairs from the living area with a queen size double bed and balcony to the front with views over the country to the hills beyond. Lots of windows making the house very light and airy. Ensuite shower room. Then a twin bedroom with ensuite shower room.

On the other side of the living room there are a further two bedrooms, one with a queen size double bed and ensuite shower room, and a twin bedroom with ensuite shower room. There is also a cloakroom. All bedrooms have split airconditioning and ceiling fans.

The guest cottage/annexe by the pool is a studio with double bed, kitchenette and shower room. Window aircondition unit and ceiling fan. This would be useful for a nanny or teenagers.

Below the living area and reached by a flight of stairs is a large room with table tennis, laundry room and door leading to the car port, as well as a shower and cloakroom.
