This property is out in the country on a very large private estate, but within a few minutes of the coast and Turtle beach. Views from the front of the house across the country to hills beyond.
This is a very quiet and peaceful location and ideal for families with children.

Only 19kms from Crown Point International airport. Mount Irvine Golf Club 11kms. Turtle Beach within a few minutes walk - about 1km. Stonehaven Bay and Grafton Beach about 3kms away. Nearest supermarket is about 8kms. Scarborough about 8kms. Numerous good restaurants between 1.6kms and 16kms away.
Nearby activities include: Golf at Mount Irvine championship golf course 11kms away. Watersports, sailing, scuba diving, tennis courts at Turtle Beach Hotel, about 1km away.

Horseriding at Mount Irvine Hotel, about 11kms away. Squash at Grafton Hotel, about 3kms away. Deep sea fishing, walking, hiking, birdwatching all available on the island.

Juanita, the housekeeper is available daily except Sundays, normally from 9.30am - 2pm and can prepare breakfast and other meals by private arrangement. Babysitting by private arrangement. Linen changed every 3 days, towels every other day. Personal laundry by private arrangement.

Shower and cloakroom for the pool area and the swimming pool has a very good shallow part with steps for children and deeper part for more serious swimmers.

Lovely, large, lawned and completely fenced garden with flowering shrubs. Annexe or guest house situated next to the pool terrace.

Directions

By air to Tobago's Crown Point International airport and then either by taxi or hire car to the property. Clients will be met either at the airport or at the property by the owners or their representative, welcomed and familiarised with the house and given any information they require about the area. Clients will be provided with a contact telephone number should assistance or advice be required during the holiday, and are reminded to always contact the owner or their representative if they have any problems of any kind. Car hire is essential in Tobago and this can be arranged in advance for clients.
