Situated at Lance Aux Epines – a very upmarket residential area with beautiful white sandy beaches, excellent restaurants and numerous facilities, some of which are within walking distance.
As well as the lovely beach just in front of the property, the stunning Grand Anse beach is only a 10 minute drive away and this is about 2kms of white sand dotted with palm trees. There are numerous watersports available from this beach and close by is the Grand Anse Shopping Centre catering for all essentials.

The picturesque, historical capital of St. George’s is about 15 minutes drive away from the villa and there are a wide variety of restaurants within easy reach.

Clients will be met either at the airport or at the property by the owners or their representative, welcomed and familiarised with the house and given any information they require about the area.
