Damage Deposit (refundable): US$500 payable directly to the owner.

Housekeeper/cook is payable locally at a charge of US$180 per week.
Horses are payable locally at a charge of US$130 per week per horse. There are two horses.

There will be an additional US$500 to the price for Christmas and New Year.

This property is available for rent on a weekly basis
