Very comfortable and stylish chalet in the Pluskovec valley, part of Velké Karlovice, at an altitude of 688m. Velké Karlovice lies in the far east of the Czech Republic at only 10 km from the Slovakian border. It is a mountainous area, where woods and mountain meadows alternate. The timber house was built in 2003 in Wallachian style. The entire three-floor house is at your disposal. The chalet is furnished in style and offers all personal comfort. On the ground floor are a hallway, a toilet, a large kitchen and a living-room. On the first floor are two bedrooms and a large bathroom with toilet. On the second floor are two bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet. Telephone with Internet connection is available. Close to the chalet is a sauna for three persons, which guests of the three other chalets on the property can use as well. In the garden is a playground for children with a sand-pit and plenty of playing equipment. There is a covered sitting area with a wooden table and benches and an outdoor fireplace for grilling. Plenty of parking space on the grounds. This is a complete and all-in chalet. Everything, with exception of the mini-bar and the telephone costs, is included in the price.

Local Information

In the hallway coats and shoes can be stored in two wardrobes. There is a large cabinet in which skis and suitcases can be stored. Under a trapdoor in the hallway is a typical Wallachian cold store, very suitable for beer and drinks. In the living area is the kitchen on the right-hand side, and the living-room on the left. Opposite the entrance is the toilet area, with a small hallway with a washstand, mirror and shelve. Behind it is the door to the toilet. The large kitchen is completely and adequately equipped. There is a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a small freezer, a microwave, a ceramic cooking plate (4 hot-plates) and a hot-air oven. Plenty of storage space. Around the large table in the corner are a large corner bench, and six chairs in fitting style. A large sideboard makes the kitchen complete. The connecting area between kitchen and living-room is sufficiently large for a mini-bar, a couch, a sideboard and a table and chairs for children. The living-room is luxuriously furnished with a couch, (which can be used as an additional bed), two easy-chairs, a table, (corner) cabinets and a TV with satellite dish. There is a wood-burning tile stove for a cosy atmosphere.Three doors open onto the landing, with a large cupboard, here is the access to the balcony. The bedroom on the right is downright large: 25 m². There are two beds with bedside cupboard, two chests, two chests of drawers. For the children is a small table with chairs and a baby-cot. Furthermore there is a washstand, a large cupboard with a TV and satellite dish. Next to the bedroom is a large bathroom with bathtub, a heated towel-rack, a large cupboard, a large mirror, two washstands on top of a cupboard and a toilet, separated from the bathroom by a wall. The bedroom on the left has a double bed with bedside cupboards, two chests of drawers, a chest, a large cupboard, a table with chairs and a TV with satellite dish. The landing on the second floor has space for a table and a chest of drawers. On the left is a large bathroom with a bathtub, a washstand with mirror, a heated towel-rack and a (third) toilet. There is an extra cupboard. Furthermore there are a washing-machine and a tumble-drier. Next to the bathroom to the left is a nursery with two beds, separated by a bedside cupboard, a TV cupboard with TV and a chest of drawers. In the bedroom on the right are two beds with bedside cupboards, a TV, a wardrobe, two chests of drawers and a table with chairs. Two extra beds can be put up whereever you like. All rooms have electric heating(Included in the price).
