The price includes: water/gas/electricity; Strongbox and satellite TV; Use of the swimming pool and accompanying pool chairs; Use of the fitness area and table tennis. The price excludes: Change of bed linen and towels at 13.- euro per person; Final cleaning 42.- euros; Baby bed (0-2 years old) 6.- euros a day. Guests of the holiday complex may use the sauna for 5.- euros a time (approx. 2 hours). On the day of departure guests are requested to tidy up the apartment and kitchen, to take out the garbage and turn in the keys to the landlord. In addition to the door key you will receive two other keys. One is to open the gate to the lake and the other is for the main entrance. These two entrances to the house are to be kept locked at all times. Smoking in the apartments is forbidden. You may however smoke outside. Guests are requested to return the cushions for the chaises lounges back to their original place after use. If there is no need to use the parasol, please keep it folded. Playing football or engaging in similar activities in the garden is not allowed. If you wish to receive visitors at the villa, you are requested to inform the landlord in advance. It is forbidden to let unknown persons spend the night at the villa. Pets are not allowed. The swimming pool is open from April until the end of October, from 08.30 a.m. to 19.00 p.m. (a swimming cap is obligatory). In the months of April and October you may arrive on a different week day.
