It is a very popular villa with families or groups of friends as it is so ideally located, just a few minutes walk from a beautiful beach and with the most spectacular views straight out to sea.

This lovely house is a prime example of the kind of privacy that can be found on the cosmopolitan island of Skiathos. It is a tastefully furnished property with wonderful terraces and panoramic views of the coastline.

Skiathos as a destination has a lot to offer, a wonderful mixture of international sophistication as well as traditional Greek culture in the interior. It also has some of the best beaches in Greece and the convenience of having an international airport.

Local Information

Selini is located on the exclusive, pine-clad Kalamaki peninsula, tucked well off the beaten track and surrounded by glorious sandy beaches. The beach directly below the house is a fine example of the fabulous Skiathos beaches, sandy, wonderful swimming and has a taverna which is open in the high season months. The beach is always fairly quiet although many boats do moor here, as it is a very safe bay. The Kanapitsa Beach is recommended, and is only about four minutes drive away. It has a good taverna and watersports facilities.


The beaches of Ayia Paraskevi and Vromolimnos are within walking distance and are highly rated. Skiathos Town is fun and bustling with plenty of nightlife, bars, tavernas and shops and is only fifteen minutes drive away.
