Local Information

Located on the coast in the exclusive residential area known as Terres Basses, this outstanding property is only a few minutes drive from the delightfully characterful and bustling town and port of Marigot. The great attraction of this area is that it is peaceful and tranquil, but within a short drive there are wonderful shops, excellent restaurants, a delightful marina and harbour and all that this small, delightful Caribbean waterfront town has to offer. As the only completely duty-free island of the Caribbean, St. Martin offers some of the best shopping in the Caribbean.

There are beautiful beaches within a few minutes and all manner of watersports and activities.

Baie Rouge beach, one of the loveliest beaches on the island is just a 5 minute walk and the nearest bar and restaurant is at Nettle Bay, a 5 minute drive away. The nearest shopping is also at Nettle Bay and the Princess Juliana International airport is about a 20 minute drive.
